He is a native of Mexico, and has been a U.S. resident for 19 years. He is a firm believer of God, and lives by the personal motto that “all things are possible through Him.” Martin is married to his beautiful wife Irma, and is the father of Paco, Danny, Betty, Christy, and Alexandra

Lynn Agee

Co-founder Lynn Agee is a Middle Tennessee attorney who represents employees and employee organizations, practicing employment and accident and injury law with offices in Murfreesboro, Nashville and Memphis. He has played and coached soccer for more than 30 years in Memphis, Nashville and Murfreesboro. The Murfreesboro Strikers U-19 team he coached won the Tennessee State Championship in 1991. He also has developed indoor soccer facilities in Smyrna and Memphis. Agee was inducted into the USL Hall of Fame in 2003

Devinder Sandhu

Co-founder Devinder Sandhu is president of Sandhu Consultants International, a civil and environmental engineering firm that specializes in pollution control, waste to energy projects, waste minimization and property transaction issues like lead, radon, asbestos and underground storage tanks. A native of Kenya, he led the Vanderbilt soccer team in scoring in 1975 and helped them to a 12-2-2 record. Sandhu is a member of the Tennessee Soccer Hall of Fame and was inducted into the USL Hall of Fame in 2003.

Ken Renner

Ken Renner is executive director of the ARTE Center, a nonprofit incubator for technology-based start-up business in Middle Tennessee. He was formerly senior vice president of Tom Jackson & Associates, a prominent Nashville public relations, event management and government relations firm. In addition to coaching and managing youth soccer teams, the former newspaper reporter and press secretary to Governor Ned McWherter also handles PA announcing for the team.

Richard Askey
Head Coach / Physical Preparedness Trainer

 Richard moved to Tennessee from England in 2001 to play soccer at Martin Methodist College in Pulaski, Tn. While in England Richard played for Derby County and Lincoln City at youth level before playing for Burton Albion and Rocester. At Martin Methodist Richard captained the soccer team and was voted athlete of the year in 2003. He led the NAIA is assists in 2004 and scored over 45 goals during his time in college. Rich has been with the Nashville Metros since 2003 when he was the teams leading scorer in his first season with 7 goals. He has played and been assistant coach for the last three years helping with the first team and reserves. Richard owns and operates Super Science TN which teach's science to young children through hands on workshops.

Obed Compean

Obed Compean, a 29-year-old Dallas native, has played soccer for twenty years and has coached youth teams in the Nashville area for the past seven years, including teams with the Harpeth Futbol Club in Bellevue, the Stones River Futbol Club in Smyrna and the Cobra Soccer Club in the Mt. Juliet area. He was a goalkeeper and goalkeeper coach for the franchise in 2000 when it played in Franklin as the Tennessee Rhythm.
