METROS TO HOLD OPEN TRYOUTS APRIL 4-5

POSITION: Fall internship with the Nashville Metros.

HISTORY: The Nashville Metros, founded in 1989, is the longest running soccer organization in the United Soccer League.

The Metros are Tennessee’s only professional soccer organization.

The Metros are looking for a dedicated, hard-working individual who is able to adapt to the ever-changing face of the organization.

The Metros have experienced a great deal of change lately. In 2008 Martin Sanchez, a Birmingham native, acquired majority ownership of the team. This has proved to be a positive change, as many great things have since occurred, including: numerous international matches being scheduled, new bleachers being purchased to increase capacity, and a new fence being constructed around the playing field. The future looks nothing but bright!
